19 yo male for yearly physical.
The following narrative is based on an actual call with patient one.
Come in I told patient one, noting his nervousness. After ordering him into a patient gown, I had patient one climb up on the exam table.
I do love my exam table. With all the modifications made to my exact specifications, I am able to restrain anyone, in any position. For now though, I used only the stirrups located on each side of the table. Once his ankles were cuffed into place, I began my exam.
Temperature: taken anally. No fever detected.
Male genitalia stretched and inspected, function test completed.
Finding: subject is healthy male
Unofficial findings:
I loved watching patient one. His fear was a real thing, something that I fed upon. He was embarrassed at being strapped to the table. I didn’t care, in fact, the idea of someone walking in on us made me wet. His weak man flesh kept bouncing as I inserted the thermometer. I seriously thought about toying with the thermometer, moving it in and out. Since my professional self wouldn’t let me, I contented myself with mauling his cock and balls. I squeezed, I pulled. Never to pain, but just to that magic edge between pain and pleasure.
When done right, a good manipulator can make the one manipulated sing. It may be moans and groans, but it is music to my ears. /Note to self - find out if patient one has ever been in a choir.
